Money In Motion
Internet Classes
Because we are required to follow Federal guidelines to offer Bankruptcy Debtor Education classes here are the simple steps you need to follow.
Step 1
Register for the class. You may register here on the website or by calling 1.866.366.0599. Once you submit the registration, you will be prompted for a payment. The cost is $25 dollars per individual. You may pay immediately with a debit or credit card. You may also send a cashiers check, money order or personal check to our processing office 111 West Cataldo, Suite 200, Spokane, WA 99201-3203. Once payment has been received we will generate a User ID and Password that will allow you to access our financial course- Money in Motion.
Note–If paying with a personal check, it will take a few additional days to clear.
Your registration is not complete until your payment has been received.
Step 2
Once you've registered we will email you a User ID and Password for the Money in Motion website. The website for the class is open 24/7, but passwords are issued during normal business hours– 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday.
While the class will last a minimum of two hours for each individual (couples- He does his class, She does hers), Those two hours do not need to be continuous. You may stop at the end of any chapter and the system will remember the last test you took and allow you to resume from there, so plan your time accordingly.

Important Information for Post-Filing Class Participants
- The Post-Filing course Money in Motion is provided by Granite Lake Educational Resources.
- The course costs are $25 per person for Internet classes and $50 per individual or $75 per couple for Telephone and In-Person classes. There are no additional costs for the program. This course is available to you without regard to your ability to pay.
- Cecil Ellsworth is the Director of Education and Community Relations for Granite Lake Educational Resources. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Education, has 15 years of classroom experience, and has taught financial literacy for 9 years.
- Class dates are on the backtogo.org website. Online classes can be arranged by calling 1.866.366.0599
- Granite Lake Educational Resources does not pay or receive fees or other consideration for the referral of students to these classes.
- Upon completion of the course Granite Lake Educational Resources will provide a certificate of course completion to each student.

Our Educators
Cecil Ellsworth is the Director of Education and Community Relations for Granite Lake Educational Resources. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Education, has 15 years of classroom experience, and has taught financial literacy for 12 years.
Sherri Floyd has been an NFCC, FCRA and CCCS certified counselor since 2002. She has been the manager and counselor of the Coeur dAlene, ID CCCS office since 2003. She has taught financial literacy classes for four years
Sherry Gardner has a degree in secondary education and a Ph.D. in Psychology. She has a Masters in Counseling and has a clinical counseling practice. She has more than 11 years teaching experience in colleges and secondary schools. She is licensed to sell insurance and securities in Washington and Utah.
Michael Bull has 17 years experience teaching in colleges and universities. With more than five years experience teaching financial literacy.
