Pre-Filing Credit Counseling
Granite Lake Educational Resources has a staff of experienced certified counselors. We're here to help you make sense of your financial situation. We can provide you with knowledge that will allow you to make wise choices.
Pre-filing counseling sessions are conducted over the internet/telephone or in person, depending on your location.
If there are co-filers, both filers must be available to speak with the counselor.
You'll need to know your creditors, account balances, and your monthly expenses.
To make an appointment for a telephone session just call us at 1-866-366-0599 to set up an appointment.
Once the forms are completed, a counselor will contact you to complete the process.
